By creating an account or using Connectly.Social ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the Service.
Connectly.Social is a digital networking tool that allows users to create digital business cards, scan physical business cards using AI, save contacts, and send follow-up emails. The Service is provided "as is" and may change over time.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for:

Connectly.Social offers both free and paid (Pro) plans:
Prices may change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain Pro access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree not to use Connectly.Social to:
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to store and contact the individuals in your contact list. By using the email feature, you represent that recipients have consented to receive emails from you. Connectly.Social is a tool — you are responsible for how you use it.
Connectly.Social and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Heather Wilson and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, contact data, card information). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as part of providing the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), EmailJS (email), and Cloudflare (infrastructure). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any third-party service outages or issues.
Connectly.Social is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI card scanning results may not always be accurate — always review before saving.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connectly.Social and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@connectly.social. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
